Refund Policy

The company is under obligation to deliver the product as requested by the customer and within set timelines. Should any part of the agreement between the customer and the company be violated, the customer can claim a refund in line with the refund policy.

The customer comes to us hoping that the product they will get is worth their money. If he/she is not satisfied with what our writers have delivered, the website administrator must conduct an investigation before granting a refund. The request for a refund will be granted or denied upon completion of the investigation.

The customer is not entitled to any refund if;                     

• A portion of the order money has already been sent to the writer. This can only mean that the portion of the assignment that has been paid for is complete and has been accepted. This already paid out money is non-refundable.
• A client scores a grader which is lower than what they had hoped for. The service does not guarantee high grades since the final product is only presented as a draft which the customer must expand and use as reference to write their final copy.
• The customer delayed making payments for an order. The company will only allow access to an order for processing if the cost of the order has been paid by the customer. If the customer delays making payment, he/she will be responsible for late delivery of their order.

Refund processing

If the company agrees to make a refund, the customer is required to wait for up to 5 working days to facilitate processing. The company will however not be responsible for delays that occur within the bank transfer system and fees charged to transfer the funds.
